Cancellation Policy

At Serendipity Beauty you may change or cancel your booking without charge as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your treatment. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged the full treatment cost.

If any appointment is missed without any notice the cost of the booked treatment will need to be paid and your stored card details may be used if necessary.

Serendipity Beauty reserve the right to require full payment in advance.

Serendipity Beauty will endeavour to only cancel appointments due to circumstances beyond their control, for example, illness, power cuts, etc.

Please arrive promptly to ensure your full treatment time. If you are early please feel free to text from your car, if I am available I will invite you in. If you are running late please let me know. Unfortunately, I will have to shorten your treatment time to keep on time for subsequent bookings.

Programs of treatments need to be paid, 50% at the initial skin consultation appointment, 50% on the first treatment. The program must be paid for completely by the first treatment. They are non refundable and the cancellation policy applies. You would loose a treatment from your program if you do not move or cancel your treatment with more than 48 hours notice.

Skin consultations at Serendipity Beauty require a £20 non refundable booking fee to be paid at the time of booking using my booking system (Ovatu) or by bank transfer. This fee is redeemable against any products or services at Serendipity Beauty. You may change or cancel your booking without charge as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your treatment. If less than 48 hours notice is given your payment will be retained to pay for our time.

Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 100 days from the day they are purchased. They cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Please book your appointment by text (07855 238 997) or email (tracy@serendipity-beauty.com) and include your voucher number and bring it to your appointment.

Privacy Policy

At Serendipity Beauty our privacy policy sets out our commitment to protect the privacy of your personal information. This information will include your:

*telephone number

*date of birth

*images

*details of products and services provided

Serendipity Beauty will also require that you fill out a health questionnaire to ensure  that the treatments you are about to have are safe to go ahead and are not contra-indicated. This information will be reviewed at every appointment to ensure there are no changes. This form will also include any medication that you are currently taking.

We require the above information to ensue that it is safe to carry out the treatment you require and also to ensure we are working in adherence to our insurance policies. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is “contract”, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons, in order for us to fulfill our part of the contract (carry out treatment). You must fulfill your part of the contract (share your personal information). You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not, we cannot, unfortunately offer you any treatment at Serendipity Beauty.

All your information will be kept for seven years after the date of your last treatment or for seven years after you have reached 18 years of age if you were under 18 when the treatment took place.

We will keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 30th March 2019.

Marketing Policy

With the information you have given, we would like to send you details of any offers, products or services that we provide. Please be aware you do not need to agree to this for your treatment to commence. You can withdraw your consent at any time by text (07855 238 997) or email (tracy@serendipity-beauty.com). We will not share your information with anyone outside of the business unless you give us your permission to do so.

Booking Policy

At Serendipity Beauty all treatments must be paid for in full at the time of the treatment. To secure your booking a non-refundable booking fee of 50% needs to be paid using my booking system, Ovatu, or by bank transfer.
